"I had to search for a new insurance company after my Home and car insurance company increased my rates by over 40% after having no accidents or tickets and taking the 6 hour drivers course every three years for a dozen years. I decided I wanted to deal with a local agent and met with Lourdes at the State Farm agency in Mount Kisco. She was extremely helpful, efficient and successful in finding an insurance for me that would be less than what I would be paying with better coverage. In addition rather than demanding payment upfront every year as my old insurance company did, I’m allowed to pay monthly without an additional fee. I’m very grateful to this agency and I hope to continue to use them in the future. Thank you, Lourdes."
